Young Adults

Transitioning into adulthood can be tough. Your head may be swirling from everything you have to think about. Where do you go from here?

Firstly, I want to assure you that it is completely normal to feel this way! In fact, most people do.

I work primarily with young adults navigating overwhelming life transitions, including going to college, starting a new job, career changes, dating and romantic partnerships, identity issues, family and friendship issues, as well as grief and loss. I work to support you on an individual level, ensuring that sessions are specifically tailored to your needs, with solution-focused skills from CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Insight-oriented therapy, family systems theory, and attachment-based therapy are also utilized to help you develop insight into past patterns so that you can increase self-awareness and create a foundation for change. I am here to work with you as you develop the increased confidence and skills needed to achieve your goals throughout this chapter of your life.
